We have a physical store and pick-up point at our warehouse in Marbella (Málaga), as well as other warehouses on the mainland from which we can ship goods, optimizing delivery times for better customer service.

What payment methods can be used?
You can pay by Bank Transfer / Deposit, Credit Card, Bizum or even bitcoins. Depending on the product, different payment methods will be enabled according to availability.
Are prices including VAT?
All prices come with VAT included. Shipping costs are not included (from 5.75 Euros imp. not included / 24 hours to Peninsula, for weights less than 2 kg).
Can I provide a different delivery address from the billing address?
You can provide a different delivery address from the billing address without any problem, and even have multiple shipping addresses saved (Home, work...)
How can I know if my order has been successfully placed?
In the email address you provide to place the order, you will receive an email confirming your order.

How are the products shipped?
All products are shipped by first level transport companies, MRW, SEUR, DHL, GLS, FEDEX, UPS... This is determined depending on the product and the shipping area.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It all depends on when we receive the payment and our stock at the time of the order. The deadline if it is in stock is 24 hours after receiving payment confirmation. In case it is in our external warehouse, approximately about 72 hours, always working days.
What if my product arrives in poor condition?
All our shipments are insured against theft, loss or damage. If you notice any damage or tampering on the package, please indicate it on the delivery note from the transport company. We kindly ask you to check your order upon receipt. You must notify us of any incidents within 24 hours.
I haven't received a response to my emails?
We respond to all emails throughout the day, on working days from Monday to Friday. It may happen that this time is slightly increased on specific dates of increased workload, such as Christmas dates, staff vacations, etc... Even so, we usually don't take much longer to respond.
